Daniel Graves
Daniel B. Graves has spent over 17 years recovering millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for people injured by the negligence of others. As a former general counsel in the medical industry, he uses his knowledge and experience to achieve justice for medical malpractice victims. His string of successes expands into numerous realms of complex litigation from wrongful death to civil rights violations and insurance bad faith. Attorney Graves has extensive experience fighting and winning against powerful interests in high-profile litigation. He is a frequent lecturer on the subjects of medical negligence advocacy, legal writing and is a Special Prosecutor for the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Graves has been quoted in the New York Times and has landed on the front pages of the Tulsa World. For the 7th year in a row, he has achieved “AV Preeminent” rating from Martindale Hubble and has been chosen for the 6th year in a row as an Oklahoma Super Lawyer. In 2012, Oklahoma Magazine readers voted attorney Dan Graves as a “Best of the Best”, of Lawyers in Oklahoma.
The attorneys of Graves McLain law firm volunteer their time to various community and charitable organizations like “Lawyers Against Hunger” and “Tulsa Lawyers for Children”. TLC handles deprived children cases at the juvenile bureau where the Public Defender’s office has a conflict. They represent minors who are adjudicated deprived and are in the custody of the Department of Human Services.
“These are good people that have been hurt through no fault of their own. They feel powerless the first time they walk in the door. We take care of them; restore their sense of control, make things right again. It’s what we do.” – Dan Graves, Partner, Graves McLain, PC
